Any Damages, Discrepancies & Returns must be notified to us within 2 days (48 hours) of receiving goods by e-mail to 'info@manchesterhangers.com', quoting your order number, name, address, description of the product and reason for sending back.

Should you wish to return faulty items, please ensure you return it in its original condition, within 7 days of receiving it.

Once we have received your returned items, it will be refunded, exchanged or credited towards your next order. Returns will remain customer property until received back and signed for.

Please note we will not be responsible if the person signing for the goods is not the person who ordered/paid for the goods. Once faulty items have been received, you can be either refunded the amount or a credit note will be raised to be deducted from your next invoice.

Refunds will be made within 7 days of receiving back faulty goods and must be made to the same payment method used to purchase. 

  • Items must be returned within a debit note enclosed
  • We are not liable for the postage fee for the return of the goods
  • We will not be responsible for any goods lost/or damaged whilst returns are held by third parties
  • Refunds may only be credited to the same method of payment



REFUNDS POLICY

Any faulty items need to be returned to Manchester Hangers. Please notify us by email of any quality issues. Returns should be sent back within 7 days. Please enclose a debit note with any returns and highlight the fault. Refund will be credited by the same form of payment.
